I just watched the movie, “Saved!” from 2006. I had forgotten just how much this movie related to my life, especially living in a conservative town.

From uttering the words “peace out,” to wearing “trendy” things like peace sign necklaces and earrings, the word and symbol of “peace” is tossed around a lot. Sometimes, I believe the meaning has gotten lost.

Are you a person who dons peace apparel alone, or do your actions and words reflect what you’re projecting in fashion? Do you wear it because it’s trendy, or because it’s to make a statement?
